Who is responsible

The data controller is SASU R-EVOLUTION STUDIO, 78 avenue des Champs-Élysées, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France, on behalf of Nexair®.

What this website collects

The nexair.ai website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. It keeps no data itself.

Only the “Try NEXAIR” form sends information: it sends it directly to NEXAIR support.

The information in the trial sign-up

• first name, last name, company, job title (optional), country;
• work email, phone (optional);
• your profile, the number of channels planned, the trial offer and the language of the page;
• the date of sign-up and the trial code assigned to you.

When you enter the code in NEXAIR UpAir, we also record a technical fingerprint of the computer concerned: it ties the trial licence to a single machine.

Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit abusive submissions; it is not stored with your sign-up. Like any web server, our servers keep technical logs (IP address, date, address requested) for their security.

Why

• to send you your trial code;
• to issue your 7-day trial licence;
• to contact you about your trial;
• to keep the service secure.

We do not sign you up to any newsletter without your separate consent.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps you request before a possible contract: the trial itself (Article 6(1)(b)). Technical logs rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who has access

The NEXAIR team at R-Evolution Studio, and no one else. Our hosting provider, IONOS, hosts the servers that receive and store this information.

Your sign-up information is never sold, rented or transferred, and is not passed to any third-party artificial intelligence service.

Where it is stored

On servers located in the European Union. No transfer outside the European Union.

How long

12 months after the end of your trial if no contract follows. If you become a customer, for the duration of the contractual relationship, then the periods required by law. Technical logs: 12 months at most.

Your rights

You may at any time access your information, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it, request its portability and withdraw your consent.

Write to play@nexair.ai. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) or the authority of your country: https://www.cnil.fr

Security

Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-ups are stored in a database with restricted access: the public service that receives the forms cannot read them back.
